How you opt in
You opt in to Operator by texting START to the Operator phone number.
By texting START, you consent to receive automated conversational SMS responses relating to your requests and use of Operator.

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.
How we use information
We use information collected through Operator to:
receive and respond to your SMS requests;
provide AI-generated answers, information and other requested functionality;
maintain conversation context where applicable;
manage SMS consent and opt-out requests;
operate, monitor, secure and improve Operator;
troubleshoot service issues and prevent misuse; and
comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Service providers and AI processing
Operator relies on third-party service providers for functions including telecommunications, hosting, infrastructure and artificial intelligence processing.
